Adventures in The Patriarchy™ Vol VI: Four Basket Cases, a Few Cat Ladies, and a Fruit

Chronicling the ongoing intersectional struggle to liberate women — inclusively defined as the legacy kind and the transgenders — from The Patriarchy™, one microaggression at a time.

Four basket cases, a few cat ladies, and a fruit: The state of the #Resistance has never been more flaccid

A handful of mostly irrelevant Congress members took the opportunity recently to walk out of Trump’s address and try to parlay some social media clout out of it.

This was the tragic outcome.

Sad!

Among many grand French protest traditions, the lady communists of Paris enjoy, as often as they can find an excuse for, taking to the streets topless and painting their bare chests with whatever radical iconography du jour.

They then scream whatever slogans they rehearsed into the void while uncomprehending onlookers take in the scene, bemused.

Eventually, the police show up to break up the party, at which point they scream like banshees as if they’re being tossed into concentration camp ovens.

Apparently for aesthetic purposes, the younger, more attractive ones with the firmer breasts are strategically placed at the front of the parade while the clunkers get the back rows.

MAGA Vixen Natalie Winters denounced by liberal women’s fashion magazine

Misogynist: A man who hates women as much as women hate one another.
 -H.L. Mencken

Bear in mind, as you peruse this fashion sermon, it was written by this lady in a glass house, Elisabeth Ford.

Via The List (emphasis added):

As Generation Z makes their way into the White House, so does their fashion sense. First, it was Donald Trump's press secretary, Karoline Leavitt, who's had a few fashion fails we can't ignore. Now, Natalie Winters — the co-host of Steve Bannon's "War Room: Battleground" — is getting a lot of heat for her recent ensembles. The young White House correspondent shared her first outfit on the job on her Instagram, which received major backlash in the comment section, deemed an inappropriate choice for such a formal position. "Dress a little more professional," one person wrote. "Could you at least dress more modestly. This isn't high school, it's a PROFESSIONAL and highly privileged position to be in," said another…

After making headlines for her look, the journalist clapped back** on X (formerly Twitter), reposting a Daily Mail article to say, "Excuse me? A few deranged haters comment that they didn't like my *sweater* and this becomes a story?" She continued: "It's very clear that your misinformation attacks FAILED so now you're pivoting by trying to depict me as some dumb, vapid bimbo. Good luck with that."

*The term “clap back” is the telltale sign of a vapid girlboss screed. I sincerely had no idea that there were still people out there in the Buzzfeed-sphere using it unironically like it’s 2016.
