A month after the news that Donald Trump was shot rocked the world, the extreme rhetoric of Democrats, ginning their supporters up to insane hatred, has not slackened in the least.
Aside from a few insincere messages of condolence from Democrat leaders right after the assassination attempt, Democrats have not even attempted to pretend that they don’t loathe every molecule of Trump’s body. The same people, including Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and Chuck Schumer and Joy Reid, who spent years screaming that Trump was the greatest threat to democracy and that he encouraged his supporters to be domestic terrorists, have issued no apology. The leftist media and political establishment are as angry and extremist as ever.
Biden, despite having been forced to drop out of the 2024 presidential race, continues to babble extreme accusations. Trump is “a genuine danger to American security,” Biden claimed in a recent interview, accusing, “There’s little regard by the MAGA Republicans for the political institutions.” Notably, at the start of July, I wrote an article on “Leftists Call[ing] for Trump’s Assassination Online.” One of them was an influencer who worked for the Biden campaign. No wonder so many Democrats mourned the fact that the shooter missed killing Trump online last month.
The very day after the assassination attempt that left Trump injured and a rally attendee dead, on July 14, Vox defiantly asserted, “Yes, it’s still fair to call Trump a threat to democracy[.] The attempt on his life shouldn’t cow his critics.”
So a former president and current presidential candidate was millimeters away from having his brains blown out on live TV. Why should that matter to the Party of Love and Tolerance? Vox did admit that America could be heading to an era of “mass death” and claimed to want to “avoid rhetoric that could hypothetically inspire it” without seeming to care that its own headline did just that!

VP and successful coup leader Harris spent months calling Trump a “threat to our democracy.” At an August campaign rally in Las Vegas, she reportedly repeated that characterization. There's been no change at all in the rhetoric.
Among her many other comments since the assassination attempt accusing Trump of various crimes or tyrannical aspirations is this Aug. 13 tweet (on the one-month anniversary): “I've served as a U.S. Senator, an Attorney General, and a district attorney and courtroom prosecutor. In those roles, I took on predators who abused women, fraudsters who ripped off consumers, and scammers who broke the rules. I know Donald Trump’s type.”
She essentially accused Trump of being a sexual abuser, a fraudster, and a scammer. She made the same accusations in July after the shooting. This is from a woman who has built a career on lies and sexual corruption.
Meanwhile, The Baltimore Sun is accusing the Republican Party of threatening democracy, Salon screeches that Trump grows “more and more radical,” and NBCUniversal fear-mongers: “Religious extremist Trump supporters stake their faith on 2024 victory.”
Democrats are the same yesterday, today, and forever. They always use political violence while accusing the other side of just that. They always lie and refuse to apologize when they are proven wrong. One month after the shots rang out in Butler, Pa., and Trump rose bloody but defiant, radical and violent Democrat rhetoric has not cooled down a single degree. If anything, it is more frantic and hateful than ever.
