It could be said that even Joe Biden’s campaign slogan, “Build Back Better,” is exhausted by his rhetoric. Speaking in Cleveland on Wednesday, Joe Biden was blathering about something, most likely lies and slander, when his “Build Back Better” sign committed suicide on camera.
