Trump: 'There Is No Such Thing as a Global Anthem, a Global Currency, or a Global Flag'

President Trump delivered his address to CPAC 2017. While not the first president to appear at the conservative convention, he is the first who can say that it gave him his political start. As part of his speech, he reechoed his “America first” paradigm and declared:

There is no such thing as a global anthem, a global currency, or a global flag. This is the United States of America that I am representing. I am not representing the globe. I am representing your country.
