The UK Supreme Court has ruled this week that biological women are women and men who dress and act like women are not. I know, I know, you didn’t need a court to tell you that, but in western society, the courts and politicians have arrogated to themselves the power to define what women and men are. In this country, we named a woman to the Supreme Court who couldn’t tell the world what a woman was, because she was “not a biologist.” That kind of thinking is dangerous and lazy. But you knew that, too.
In the UK, women were forced to go to court to fight to retain all rights to their sexual essence that women have enjoyed for millennia. This is based on biology. As one opinion writer in the UK put it, “It is a boring waste of time to have to keep stating the bleeding obvious. Nonetheless, many of us have felt compelled to keep doing so because these nonsense arguments are being used to justify real harms, not just to female athletes, but to gender-confused children, lesbians, rape survivors.”
We’ll bet the politicians didn’t take into consideration the downstream effects of playing God.

This favorable ruling, holding “that the terms 'man', 'woman' and 'sex' in the EA 2010 refer to biological sex,” stemmed from a pension case in Scotland. The court’s decision said that the “concept of sex is binary, a person is either a woman or a man.”
Author J.K. Rowling took on the issue and been a powerful advocate for women. She’s been called a “TERF,” threatened online, and been subjected to video after video of people burning her “Harry Potter” and other novels.
The backlash has only emboldened her.

That's only a cigar, by the way.
The court declared that the basis for the case was a law about “Gender Representation on Public Boards” that included men dressed as women or those who possessed—get ready to gasp—a “Gender Recognition Certificate ('GRC') recognising their gender as female is considered a woman…” The decision explained that a “GRC is a document that allows trans people to change their gender legally” if “they provide evidence that they have or have had gender dysphoria, have lived as their acquired gender for two years and intend to continue to do so until death.”
Did you notice that they’re still not a woman, though?
UK Supreme Court just ruled that law defines women as people born biologically female.

This is a huge win for women, men, and sanity in the UK and the West.
Now every country needs to get onboard and recognize in law what is a woman.

While women cheer and fist-pump this victory in the UK, it’s absurd that we’ve gone so far down the path of nihilism and agnosticism that their practitioners can’t even admit when a girl’s a girl.
Tennis icon Martina Navratilova, a lesbian, is among those in the small club of women willing to boldly declare that women are women and men are not.

Depending on the state to define what a woman is, when it’s obvious what she is, is dangerous. In her book, “Love Thy Body,” author and evangelist Nancy Pearcey contends that the more the state slices and dices the definition of what a person is, male or female, reducing them to the theoretical rather than physical, the more power the state arrogates to itself.

The only way the state can treat a trans woman, who’s a man, the same as a biological woman is to say that biology doesn’t matter.
Pearcey pointed to the Bostock Supreme Court decision in the U.S. as an example of this. The court contended that Title XII means gender and not just sex, and therefore treats gender not as biology, but as a state of mind. And who decides that? The state. Pearcey said the decision is not based on anything objective.
