With Lia Thomas 2.0 making man-sized waves on a woman’s swim team, we need to call the media — which is affirming this loser dude’s lies — what they are: misogynists.
Even media outlets that don’t actively praise the transgender men who are stealing women’s glory still refer to the men with female pronouns, thus pretending the men have become women.
For instance, this is the headline from The UK Daily Mail: “Transgender swimmer at New Jersey liberal arts college, Meghan Cortez-Fields, smashes women's 100 yard butterfly record after competing in men's team for three years - as Riley Gaines slams athlete's 'hyper-fetishized' tattoo.” Aside from calling the man “Meghan,” which is what he calls himself now, this actually isn’t a bad headline. It acknowledges that “Meghan” is, in fact, a male swimmer, and mentions women’s sports advocate Riley Gaines. But the Daily Mail then goes on to refer to the swimmer by female pronouns throughout; “Her win in the female division comes after she spent three seasons competing with the men's team,” was one silly sentence.
Of course, there are much worse instances of transgender ideology in the media, but WORDS MATTER. Whenever a person uses “she” to refer to a biological male, that person is speaking a lie, a lie that has hurt and continues to hurt many women. Words have meaning, and, in this case, they have very real consequences.
One pro-LGBTQ article about “Meghan” and his hydrodynamic flat chest, from OutSports, began, “Trans swimmer Meghan Cortez-Fields puts up collegiate school record at weekend invite[.] Citing Lia Thomas as an inspiration, the Ramapo (N.J.) College senior flew on the water at the Cougar Splash invite.” The rest of the article was about as nauseating as you might expect from such a beginning. OutSports, whose motto is “Courage is Contagious,” was practically canonizing this pathetic swimmer who is beating women because he wasn’t good enough to beat other men.
William “Lia” Thomas and “Meghan” Cortez-Fields are not brave or exceptionally talented. They took the bully’s way out, precisely because they weren’t good enough at their sport to win the prizes they wanted to win. That’s true not just of these two swimmers, but of other men in professional or school sports who claimed to be women, knowing they had a much better chance of winning, either in games or competitions. Some women and girls have been physically injured, and many have seen their dreams die due to woke transgender insanity.

Every media outlet and journalist who affirms the “transgender” fiction is complicit in that outrageous, anti-women bullying, that stealing of women’s dreams. Every person who promotes transgender athletes’ lies, either through enthusiasm or cowardice, is a misogynist.
