This Guy Jet-Skied Through a Southern California Street

Southern Californians have been told to preserve water, to not use their sprinkler systems, and to limit shower times because of the drought. But after the recent rain storms, this man was able to jet-ski down his Fullerton street. So, can we call the drought over yet?
