The ISIS-guided attacker who plowed a truck into bicyclists and pedestrians in Manhattan this week probably was hoping to kill as many Americans as possible. Our freedom and way of life infuriate radical Islamists. But, of the eight people who were murdered by this madman, five were actually Argentine.
A group of tourists were visiting New York City from Rosario, Argentina, celebrating the 30th anniversary of their high school graduation. Five are now dead, and one was rushed to the hospital. And this tragedy has shocked the northern Argentine town. They held a candlelight vigil on Wednesday, and these images are so heartbreaking. Our prayers are with everyone affected by this tragedy, and are definitely with the loved ones of these Argentinians.
