ORLANDO, FL — In a speech at the Defending the American Dream Summit with Americans for Prosperity, Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker told a story about employers looking for people to hire. These job creators were willing to offer welfare recipients a job, but those on the dole turned them down — because they made more money on welfare!
